This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets rules for using Planbuster. It forms part of the Terms of Service. If you violate this AUP, we may take the actions described below and in the Terms (including suspension and limitation of liability).
You must not use Planbuster — including public or invite-only events, guest lists, chat, images, AI features, or links — to do any of the following, or to attempt, assist, or instruct others to do so:
You are responsible for the content you create or upload, the guest data you collect, how you run your events, and activity under your account. Planbuster is a technical platform and does not generally pre-screen all content before it is published.
We do not claim continuous monitoring of every event or message, and we do not guarantee that all prohibited content will be prevented. When we become aware of a possible violation — for example through a user report, our own detection, or a request from a competent authority — we may investigate and act under this AUP and the Terms.
There is no dedicated in-product “report abuse” button yet. To report a violation, email hello@planbuster.com with the event URL or account details, a description of the issue, and any evidence you can share.
We may investigate reports at our discretion, request more information, and take action we consider appropriate. Reports that appear to involve child sexual abuse material or imminent harm may be prioritised and, where appropriate, referred to competent authorities.
Immediate action without prior notice may be taken where we reasonably believe there is child sexual abuse material or child exploitation, imminent harm to a person, a serious security compromise, clear fraud, or a binding legal or authority demand.
Depending on severity, we may also:
Where practicable for less severe issues, we may give you a chance to fix the problem first. Failure to comply with this AUP is also a breach of the Terms of Service.
If you believe we took action in error, contact hello@planbuster.com and explain why. We will review in good faith but are not obliged to reinstate content or accounts that still appear to violate this AUP or the law. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
We may update this AUP when risks or features change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised AUP, subject to mandatory law.
